Stop HS2 Trowell are planning a march to protest against the proposed route of HS2 through Trowell. We would like as many participants as possible, to make bracelets the march attract media attention, but also the more people who join us, the more fun it can be. Residents from neighbouring towns and villages are not only very welcome but are positively encouraged to join us. We would also like it to be a family affair, so children and family friends also very welcome. Details of the march below.
Date: Saturday replica cartier ring 20th May starting at 10.00 am.
Meeting place: Far end of Iona Drive, which is the closest point to the M1 (next to where the viaduct is planned)
Route: From Iona Drive we will walk up Trowell Park Drive, along Stapleford Road (past the point where the viaduct crosses it), then up to Nottingham Road, turning right opposite the Festival Inn, Before stopping somewhere near where the M1 crosses Nottingham Road.
Duration: If we take our time, we expect discount cartier bracelet the march to take about 2 hours, covering maybe 2 miles.
Parking: We think most people in Trowell will walk to the meeting place, but for those in cars there is the Festival car park (to be agreed with them) or more handy is there is plenty of street parking on Trowell Park, and those living on Trowell Park would probably be happy to provide space on drives, or outside their houses.
